Christmas Day was, unfortunately, a "no picture" day. We didn't go anywhere except to attend mass at the National Shrine of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and have lunch at Dad's. Luis got to try lechón (roasted suckling pig, declared by Anthony Bourdain as the best pig he's ever tasted), bopis (a spicy dish of pork lungs and heart), bibingka (a cake out of rice flour) and puto bumbong (a sticky rice delicacy, often enjoyed at Christmas time). So from the food perspective, it was pretty productive.
The rest of the day was concentrated on packing our bags for our trip the next day to Bohol. We pretty much had our act together. So the rest of the day was pretty restful.
Hope your Christmas was joyous and peaceful as well!!!
